Need Help With Drb Problems

i have a exterior express wash with DRB tunnel watch with unitec portal ti pay stations,i am haveing problems with the cars in (Q)if you do a wrap,top brush,tire brush retract it goes to the last car in Q ,is there any body else haveing this problem.

Make sure you ask for Dane the service manager to expedite the problem...He's very good about being responsive...
