Need marketing mascot/character ideas

We are looking to develop a character/mascot which we will use in our marketing plans. We are an iba with self serve bays. Any ideas?

Just finished a two day shoot for Tim Hortons at our wash today and they made a mascot outfit out of a giant sponge...looked great and the guy wore it like a suit....I will email you a pic if you pm me your email address.
