I have four Vac Islands that have the trash can cutout in the middle and I have not had any luck finding trash cans to fit in there. The current cars are rusted out and have holes throughout and need to be replaced. The opening is about 18". Any suggestions on where I might find trash cans that fit? Thanks.

You might also look at US Plastics. They have many sizes of of trash cans and are very reasonable.

I looked at a few online sited and wasn't able to find the correct size. I then called Jim Coleman and they do have the right size in stock so I just ordered them from there. Don't know why I didn't think of that before:)

Take either a 15, 30 0r 55 gallon drum and cut it for the height needed. You can use a sawzall. Just mark it with a marker all the way around it. I have used them for years. I also got me some large rubber bands and put five liners at a time in each container and the rubber band holds the liners in place.

Nothing has more curb appeal or shows more class than a used cut down plastic soap drum that is used as a trash can.

Sorry I thought the can sit inside a surround and had something around it hiding the sides of the container, that's how mine are anyway. Thank God we have the class police to keep everyone sharp.
