New Kleen Rite Website

So like the old one lol. I haven’t seen a site as bad as Kleen Rite (old version, hardly used new) in many years. Some days I can hardly make an order. I also loved when the cart would randomly clear itself out after I add a new item and I had to hit the back button to get it back. Oh Kleen rite
 
it is very slow. Takes me forever to place an order with multiple items as I wait for each one to load and go into my cart. New and old both suck.
 
If you create an Excel sheet of the things you order most, you can scroll down the columns and enter a quantity for the things you need, then copy/paste the cells with the part number and quantity into the quick order page and you're done.
 
It's the best site I order from. CW superstore would be second and Dultmeir next. Sonny's is the worst. If you don't have a catalog good luck finding anything through the search.
 
I find it easier to just find parts in their catalog and type in the part numbers.

Their website is one the the worst when it comes to searching for parts.
 
I find this discussion very interesting. I thought it was just me that could not navigate through some web sites.

Unfortunately, there is a lot of stuff on their website that isn't in the catalog so I find myself on the website a lot. Hopefully this is just new site issues and they can get things worked out so it is faster.

It used to be SO much worse before their last upgrade. Their search algorithm was so bad that if you tried to search two words like "hopper motor" it would always return zero results.

I can't navigate their site on mobile at all now. When I try to browse categories, they just don't show up, and the huge thumbnails that fill the screen makes it take forever to scroll through the items.

Yeah but like MEP alluded to their search algorithm is horrendous and is so general you get back 100’s of items to search through of more.

It's actually pretty good now, but it could stand some improvement, like searching within the current search results.
 
For me Kleen Rite has just bad customer service.
I am located overseas and for an order they want me to call them at THEIR opening hours (which in my case is right in the middle of the night). I told them if they want my money we can correspond via email or they can call me during MY opening hours.
Well, they preferred not to get my money.
And the best thing: if you want to lodge a complaint about their customer service you always get to their "customer service" department. Hahaha...
 
I lost 2/3 of my order that was stored in my shopping cart!

Every time I click on anything on their site, computer starts buffering like crazy!!!
