That's Rick Mercer, he does a weekly news/comedy on the CBC. Real funny guy/show.
On the serious side, up here in Canada, we try to avoid travelling through the US if we are going to another country as it is a real pain
Last year while coming back from Costa Rica, our family spent two hours in security to change plains!? We never left the International area, yet we were asked questions like "what is you purpose in the US?' to which I replied "Not even going to the US!"
Seriously stupid!
