Hello. I currently manage one 2 bay quick lube. We have 7 tanks in the basement none of which have any spill protection or leak protection installed. The owner of the shop is opening a 2nd location and the previous owner had built a 'corral' out of cinder block that he said he was told was required as spill prevention. We were wondering if spill/leak prevention is required or just a good idea. We have removed the corral and we were going to purchase either the tubs that the drums would sit in or at least the drip/leak pans. My question is: Is either one required? Thanks in advance. MM
