I purchased two NuWave cyclone sheet foam generators for our ibas at the car wash show. This point that only installed one but cannot get the foam to come down in a sheet. Played with air pressure as well as chemicals and water value but have it to this point. Then unable develop a sheet of foam. I've had absolutely no luck getting a hold of New Wave. Any help would be appreciated.

I would make sure you have a big enough injector (high flow helps). You might also need to try a different chemical. I have had some products that sheet much easier than others (all claimed to be foaming).

Getting a sheet foamer to look good is trail and error. Change one variable at a time and work towards the look you want.

Post some pictures of what you are getting now.

SW Indiana melon fields.
Why on earth do people screw around with those stupid ass things? I've never seen one work right. Do you think the customer gives two squirts about a sheet of foam? All they can see is that their car is not getting completely covered with soap when they don't work right, which is all the time. Just use a rain bar. Only operators and the people that sell them care about sheet foamers.

That was the first thing I did to my razor was to remove the foam curtain hardware and use the hot wax feature as a rain bar.

How many bays away from the equipment room is the IBA? What size tubing are you using? Foam curtains need lots of flow/volume. AnalyticWash is on the right track with the larger injector.
I also agree with IB Washin, these curtains never look good. Temperature changes or a little wind break the curtain. As soon as the machine starts to move the curtain breaks.
I did the same as Waxman and use the Razors Foam-N-Flow as a rainbar by removing the plate.
Earl has the best curtain I’ve seen but it is in his tunnel. IIRC, it is some custom make unit that uses a tangental discharge vacuum motor to produce a huge amount of air. This is probably more of a Bubbleizer than a Foam Curtain.
Sorry, none of my suggestions are really answers to your question or helpful in resolving your issue.
