Thinking about building new IBA, northeast Wisconsin. Thoughts for cement block insulation for code requirements? Rigid foam on inside of bay under liner panel or perlite in cells of block? Concerned of moisture inside block and freezing and damaging block. Or should we use poured cement forms with insulation inside form, such as extrutech forms. Thanks in advance.
