No high pressure soap in 1 bay

Have 1 bay that everything works fine except no soap coming out of high pressure soap. Just high pressure water. While running, I go inside and jump 24v from hot blue wire to soap solenoid, soap starts coming out as normal. I have changed out rotor switch in bay. For some reason, the power is not returning from bay to panel in equipment room to open soap solenoid. I have spent a day trying to figure this out. Any ideas?

Look inside your self-serve bays' electrical cabinet in the equipment room. Find the wire that comes from the bay ( that opens soap solenoid for that bay). Check the connection. Then follow that wire and check all connections for it inside cabinet.

You're losing your 24vac hot signal for HP soap somewhere, get out your multimeter to see where you are losing it and work backwards from there. Most likely going to be a loose or broken wire.

Yep. Finally found a broken wire in a bundle of wires. Had broke off of connector. Back in business. Thanks
