No presoak in any of the bays

So I had a customer complain about the pre soak in one of the bays. Checked it and sure enough just a little trickle when turned on so I checked the other 5 bays and the same thing is happening. I checked the solenoid block and no 24vac on any of them and the pumps never turn on either that draws the pre-soak into the pump. Since all are doing it is it possible to lose a common wire and would that cause it ? Why are the pumps not turning on? Still looking at wires.... anyone else ran into this?

What are you using to control your pump? MX-8 multi-plexer or something else? Using your voltmeter starting check for power back to the source.

So this is an old school set up the presoak tank with the hydo is gravity fed to the 6 solenoid block . Once the solenoid opens it runs to the inlet side of the pump (like the weep system) the pump pushes it out to the wand The issue is the solenoid, nor the pump runs when the rotary switch is turned to pre soak The wax system works the same way and it turns on the pump and opens the solenoid. Not sure how all 6 can go out at the same time or how come the pump does not start I will get some pics tomorrow. Thanks for the responses. The pump is controlled by a 3 phase contactor with a 24vac coil the wires in the box are on terminal strips for each bay but no 24vac at the coil or the solenoid block when switched to pre soak

Are you saying your HP pump turns on to push the presoak out to the bay? Do you have 24vac at the meter box when calling for presoak? You need to figure out where you are losing 24vac. Probably going to be a multiplexer or similar like Randy said earlier.

Update: Have you ever chased out a wire only to find out the line you have been chasing is the wrong one ? it got mixed up with all the others that look exactly the same? well that is what I did and the 24v I was seeking was not on the presoak but the soap. So found the issue only after some assistance and now it had a common that was eating up by the soap and broke It is now working. Thanks for all the help
