Finally figured out the answer here...
My (Mark vii7 gt700) touch-less auto was giving great soap on the vehicle front but poor delivery on the rear. No solenoid issues, no obvious leaking hose or fitting issues.
I had an almost complete split in one of the undiluted chemical lines traveling on the wall mounted shelf. At the front of the car, the tube was butted together and I got soap, as the unit traveled, the line opened up and thus no soap. New line, and some cleanup of soap on the shelf, all is fine.
