If you translate this question into English you might get more responses. Maybe throw a punctuation in there for good measure.

In the same vein, proper capitalization is the difference between helping your Uncle Jack off a horse and helping your uncle **** *** a horse.

Take the hint. Your original post is written poorly and very hard to follow. Rewrite it and explain more clearly what your issue is and someone may be able to help you. We made a couple of lighthearted jokes. Don't take it so seriously.

I'm amused by this thread as it is usually me that gets picked on for my grammar. It is usually my wife that picks on me, so IB is in good company. I'm also interested in the issue, so I'll ask a question in hopes of moving this forward. What machine is giving you a problem? Is it a Washworld HV or a LaserWash 4000? I know these are similar units, but might be helpful for forum members to know. I've got a LaserWash 4000, so anything to help me understand how it works is appreciated. I wonder if it could be a physical issue with how the equipment is attached to bay. Seems odd that it will make it across for the first pass, but when it returns to the driver side on the second pass it wedges against the wall. Could something be broken or loose that stays in place on the first rear pass, but slides out of position on the return/second pass?

Now that I am starting to understand the post my only question is shouldn't this post be in the In Bay Automatic section.
You might get a better answer there without all the funnies.

Thank You. Iam glad maybe my lack of writing has given a chuckle and a laugh on a Friday ! I have been washing cars since 1979 and with a 4 bay auto repair shop on the side also. My poor grammar shows and I apologize . As I say with out a triple pass rear everything is fine. this machine is a laser 4000 with a washworld update . 98 cars out of 100 its fine but those other the boom overhead and hose assy will hit drivers side of building on the pass back on triple pass rear . I have sent pics to washworld and as I said before all new swivels and correct hose to upper pipe to 90 deg swivel . Its moving about 12 inches pass drivers side of car when left limit tells it to stop . Then it causes the hose to be in line with upper steel brace that 90 deg swivel is mounted to. With a short car this hose is going into wall and shutting machine down. A longer car and the hose goes to rear of car and points toward entrance , then no problems . THANK YOU ALL have a good weekend all ! Please feed Uncle Jacks horse as grandma is off this weekend

I am guessing you have a narrow bay? From your post this machine has been in service for some time now? And this is now just beginning to happen? My machine used to do the same thing. You need to move everything to the far corners and see if your hose has any slack at each corner. If it has enough slack shorten the hose or remove an extension tube that might be there in the boom. An extreme measure could be to shift your rails towards the passenger side. Just some ideas. I had the same problems with Mini Coopers in my HV. I removed a boom extension tube.

Thank You, You are right on narrow bay rails wont adjust with out replacing all hangers . When mach is in home park position the boom hose is taunt. No room to shorten on the entrance when washing long truck plenty of extra hose there . Like you had said mini cooper mine is vw bugs and geo tracker a very few more . I just don't know why this just popped up one day . You have at least shown a interest trying to help ! All others want me to take a act test and elementary English again. OLD DOG HARD TO TEACH NEW TRICKS

My tech 5 hrs away will be her Monday for gearbox replacement and other odds and ends so I will let him try to see what is going on. The FORUM is a really nice place for help and thow some ideas around wish I had been here sooner . I will sure let washworld hv and pdq 4000 owners in on the fix there has to be one .
