One of the worst self serve setups I've ever seen.

Had the opportunity recently to go to a basic self serve wash in Merritt Island FL. The owner asked me to see if I could get it working properly. So I go there thinking it's a basic issue and something I can fix in an hour or so. I should have been suspicious when I asked him who made the system and he said CII. Never heard of them. Don't know how many self serves I'v been in over the years, but it's a lot. This was the worst piece of cr@p I have ever seen. The more I got into it, the more I was confused. The way it was built, it was impossible for most of the functions to work. This goes beyond just sloppy work. We are talking about weapons grade stupidity. The owner said he got the guy who built and installed it back to fix it, but after standing around for 2 hours he simply left and now won't answer the phone. I did a search of CII and found a company about 20 miles away in Melbourne FL with the same exact logo as is in the system. Well that company advertises itself as a lighting company. Nothing about car washing. My guess is that he somehow heard about a wash needing new components, watched a you tube video, and then built something that looked sorta close, but never worked. Just a heads up in case any of you ever talk to these people.
