Paint ???????????

I am planning on having an area that starts 8 feet above the floor and goes to the 15 ft ceiling in a Laserwash 4000 bay painted. The bay is 60 ft long.The area is old previously painted block. We last had it painted in 2000. It held up fairly well. It was last painted with a regular latex paint and sprayed on. It will be brushed and rolled this time. I just wanted some ideas of what anyone has used for this purpose. Just a good latex paint is what I am looking for. Nothing fancy. I am not going to use an epoxy or Tex Coate etc. They are not worth the money or time. Thanks

If you found something that lasted for 15 years, I wouldn't deviate from it. The better something is meant to stick to block, the harder it's going to be to strip or paint over in the future.
