I find a site that locates in Shopping senter.. 5000 Cars visit this Parking..about 15,000 cars acount around this area!

Is it a good location to open Car Wash_

Is the wash self serve/coin op or tunnel. It makes a difference. There are a lot of variables that go into picking out a good site that makes money. Contact a few manufacturers or dealers to help you sort that out.
