Parking Lot Income

Hi- Does anyone rent out parking lot space to windshield repair or other service/vendors? If yes, how much do you charge monthly? Thanks- appreciate it.

I recently had someone who wants to put a building on my property for another business. I had the same question , so you either have an appraisal done to find what to charge per square foot or ask a local realtor” which obviously is the cheaper route. If this guy wants to move forward , ALL expenses are on him and you negotiate the square footage he’ll be using

Thanks - appreciate it. I'd like to possibly rent out two parking spaces to a windshield repair person (they use a small tent), or other similar business.
