Parts anyone?

It's that time of the year when the washes will get really busy and I am wondering if anyone else is planning to stock some Just in Case inventory? I have sort of run out of spare this and that, and need to order critical replacement parts like new pumps, Arimitsu of course, hoses and other stuff.

Anyone else run out and a little nervous they won't have enough?

I tend to re stock when I have only one spare left or when I can top off a pallet of free shipping from KR.

We keep a lot of spare parts, we replenish our stock about twice a year when KR has the show specials with free shipping. We usually get about half of a 52’ trailer full of stuff.

I always keep spares of things that could cause something to be down. I have a dedicated pump for washing the lot that also serves as a spare pump and motor. I keep a spare FloJet, a new float valve, a rebuilt one and a couple diaphragms, two vac motors, etc. I order a replacement immediately when I use the spares.
