PDQ access machine not sending emails

Are you using a gmail account by chance? I had a wash that stopped sending me emails a few weeks back that was using a gmail account. I had to go into gmail and set up a device password to get it working again. For some reason gmail won't let multiple devices use the same password anymore.

We've had that problem occaisionally; and we also use a gmail account. After you reboot the router, you might want to reboot the Access machine also.
You have to sign into your google account and make sure your pdq machine has its own unique password not shared by any other device. You can create multiple passwords in google for different devices. In my case I had a password I was using on a couple different devices and google won't let you do that anymore. There should have been a place in your pdq machine that you entered your email username and password. That password has to be used by nothing else but your pdq machine.
Issues I have had in the past with gmail is that it will overload with sent emails and you need to delete them in order for them to start working. Last time I did that I had who knows how many emails, spent 45 minutes deleting every page. Now I have them set to delete automatically after 30 days and no issues since. Eventually it won't matter how many times you reset the Access, it will stop sending emails.
