Do just the arch( leaking one). Guessing old style. Leave air on UC side if possible will help keep water from that side running back.

If old style with no bolts I just break it loose with pipe wrench, then unscrew by hand. Take the part you unscrew off and set aside. There will be a round part with a seal inside. Set aside for now. Take plunger out of valve. There will be a spring behind it be careful not to loose the spring down the lexair valve. Water may come back out the valve, this is normal and will stop.

Install parts from kit into parts you removed, just be careful to note direction all parts, and orings and reinstall the same way. Be careful to get disc that comes out the cap reinstalled in correct direction with seal facing way it comes out. This will make sense when you see the seal, it's cupped to catch the air. This is probably the cause of the water coming out, but install ALL the parts in kit. Use the lube on all the orings. There is an oring behind the white plastic disc.

One other thing.. I always put locktite thread lock on the pin that threads in and holds the white plastic disc in place.

Really not to hard to do, just note how it comes apart, reinstall in same way and ready to go.

We usually run slightly above 100psi. We have washworld HV, but generally the same as LW. Rule of thumb for us is 10 psi per 100psi of pump pressure. 1000 psi pump pressure equals 100 psi for lexair valves.

If your issue is that it's leaking, it's not the pressure.

You may feel something when it pops over, but shouldn't be any air coming by after the "pop". As long as it's doing its job and holding the water back from the underbody or arm, I'd let it be. Just my 2 cents
