PDQ Lazer 360 with Wayne Fusion, comm issues, cant use POS to run CW

Brand new 360, it runs fine on its own or thru its controller inside the store. Trying to hook up to Wayne Nucleus with Fusion 6000 controller and Im getting nowhere, tried a few different connections, had a few configurations tried in the fusion. Having a problem finding anyone that knows both sides of this, Wayne says they know, installer say they know, all I know is its not working.
Anyone use the Fusion with PDQ and do you have any ideas, tricks, etc
