Doesn’t anyone have the specs for the temperature probe that PDQ uses to monitor bay and outside temperature? I need several and my distributor charges $82 for them. Three wire temperature probes can be bought all day long for well under $20 but I don’t know any of the specs for it such as temperature range, resistance etc.
Thanks for any help.

I have the same problem when I need items for my PDQ washes, the pricing is so High. When I replace my equipment I will be looking for other manufactures instead of PDQ. I have found out that my Distributor charges 20 to 30% more than other Distributors. I called PDQ about it and they could care less. So if they don't care then I will take my business else were when I replace my Auto's.

Price gouging is the name of the game. For instance had to replace an oscillation motor for my 360. $800+ from the distributor. Looked up from manufacturer, list price $645, found on amazon for about $450.

As for the temp probe, the only spec I know is you cant lengthen it. 50' is the max length. All the other temp probes I use at my wash go for about $10.

I understand everyone needs to make a profit, but when you price the parts 20 to 30% above manufacturer price that is not servicing your clients.

Telemecanique is sold at Barr- Thorp in Kansas City. SMC electric supply could also help you identify and buy what you need.

I just got 12mm Telemecanique from Tri Valley for $41. Does anyone sell them cheaper than that?

Pdq pricing..... mini mech 10 bill dispenser for the access machines... $900 to repair it and $2700 to buy it new......

Atmpartmart.com pricing .... (because all it is is an atm dispenser) .... $199 to repair it and $900 to buy it new......

pdq costs themselves more money by causing people to price shop because they are so overpriced.... if it was $249 to repair or $11/1200 to buy new i would never have price shopped in the first place to find these lower prices.

I'm looking for the specs on the sensor for the undercarriage I can't find them anywhere on there website. Telco or carlo gavazzi not sure need receiver and transmitter. And yes I concur I wish I would have bought a used wash world they have given me more customer support on my laserwash than pdq. But
Have another location with a pro navigator there service is so bad it is
Coming out next!

I have noticed that not all distributors of PDQ products prices are the same. My distributor charges 20 to 30% more on parts than other distributors I have contacted other distributors and have purchased parts from them to save me hundreds of dollars. My advice is when buying new auto's to check this out so that your not stuck paying way to much for parts as the years go on.
