Has anybody had success rebuilding the flex joints on these? At $665.00 there must be an alternative.

Thanks.

I'm not sure what you want to rebuild on this part. My wraps are almost 20 years old now and I have replaced the entire joint once. I did it because it appeared that the cable ends were too rusted. After wards I realized that they were still in good shape and really didn't need replaced. I have replaced the plastic bushings on mine several times over the years.

These only get replaced when the joint/inner cable get twisted or the outer cable cracks and exposes the inner stainless braided cable. Chances are that once replaced you wont need to do it again. I would suggest adding the stabilizer shock that goes from wrap head to the arm (if not already there) as that will cut down on overtravel of the wrap head and thus stress on the joint.
