We have our employees rotate the cleanup jobs around so they don’t get burned out. We repair guys do other jobs everyday so we’ll never get burned out. We DO NOT!! Allow our employees to wear or listen to earbuds, earphones while they are working. It’s a matter of safety. We had an employee almost get hit by a car once while he was listening to his iPhone, he said he didn’t hear the car coming, he was very lucky. Now the policy is NO! earbuds, or earphones.
