Maybe someone can point me to the likely culprit. I have a Wash Select II coupled with a LW4000. In the last two weeks I have had someone purchase a wash and then when they are done washing another wash is loaded, same package. Both times there was no one at the pay station following the customer. Each time this happened the customers chose different wash packages.

Is this more likely a WS problem or PDQ problem?

Thanks for any help.

I had the same problem but not with a PDQ. It ended up being the main board in the WSII- which was the last thing to try after replacing everything else. Drove me nuts trying to figure that one out.

Copper, when you say "main board" are you referring to the CPU Board in the cabinet or the I/O Board on the door?

Thanks

CPU board inside the cabinet. Although I did replace the one on the door thinking it was that one. It wasn't. Talked to tech support many times and finally talked to a tech that was pretty knowledgeable and he gave me some pointers one was "sometimes there is just something on a board you'll never be able to fix and they cause the weirdest of things". Something on the board was sending a pulse to the PLC for some unknown reason. What I would do is start with the WSII and just start replacing things that "could" be causing the pulse. They aren't awfully expensive when you use that rebuild company back on the East coast (RDM?).

I have a spare on the shelf. Sounds like I'll be swapping it in there in the near future. Thanks Copper.
