Pit cleaner

I just bought a 3 bay car wash. Looking for recommendations on vac trailer bands or any other way to clean out the pits ? They’re not big enough to get into and clean by hand. Thanks

Our pits are roughly 900mm x 900mm x 900mm in a 3 bay SS. I use a long handled shovel. Pretty low tech but effective.

To keep on top of it, I shovel about 40 litres of mud out of each pit each week.

I called Texas State Rentals and got a quote for a Ring-O-Matic 500T which was almost $800 cheaper than Kleen-Rite, not a huge savings considering what the thing costs, but it's only 90 minutes from me where Kleen-Rite has to drop-ship it from 1000 miles away, so probably another $2k.

Considering the cheapest price I got to pump my 6 pits was $1800, and I've been doing them every 2 months, I'd say even with this incredible inflation we're seeing, at $25K it's still a great ROI

But where can you put the mud? That is the real issue...
