Hi there, our value cards stopped working since last night. It says processing for a long time but not going through. Anyone else with similar issue now? Is it us or their server? Im in Canada and Credit Cards working fine. In cases like this how do you keep your customers happy? I have reset the router, value card machine, DAN but no luck.
