I am using a Poloma PH24MDNinstantaneous hot water heater for my presoak on my Automatic

I noticed I was not washing cars well at all..

My Poloma is not working..
The Pilot lights fine .. and seems to stay on, but the unit is not heating up when demand is pulled. Does anyone have any ideas on what is going on, or what I might need to fix this issue.

Thank you in Advance.

There's not much to them at all - you probably need to replace the diaphragm in the flow valve.

If it is not the diaphragm, there is a slotted flow adjustment screw on the water valve, this adjusts how quickly the burner fires.

Run water through the unit and turn this screw, it will allow you to adjust the flow needed to fire the burner.

I recently installed 5 of these, 2 wouldn't fire and that was the problem.

Let us know how it turns out. :D
