Poly gloss separating in tank.

Hi, this is a pic inside my poly gloss tank. Why does it separate like this? I use the poly gloss product from Simoniz. I clean it out with a small fish net. The gunk is not water soluble. Are there other poly gloss/clear coats available that don’t separate in the tank? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

It’s a bacterial growth. I get it mostly in the hot summer months I use s small water bed pump to suck it out about every 3 months or so.
