I have a brand new Portal TI, Curious, are you experiencing the customer inserting the credit card before making a wash selection? For I am all the time and when it happens the teller tells them to reinsert card, after they select the wash, and erratically it's placing the "screen to enter code" for the membership or gift card subscribers.
