I can pour a little liquid out of my rain x line where it connects to my injector. When I start my presoak it sucks the rain x up to the injector. I took the hose off to the bay from my rain x injector and it shoots liquid out briefly when I energize my presoak. It seems to seal off as quick as the pump starts. Is this normal? I started checking this because my chemical guy said he couldn't get my PS to titrate. He thinks the rain x is mixing with the PS. I don't see how that is possible as the rain x valve seals up as quickly as it starts.

It sounds like you've already confirmed that the Rain-X is drawing and mixing with the presoak. See if the solenoid is getting power when it shouldn't and check it for any physical problems.

It does it with the solenoid disconnected. It only draws for a second. The solenoid would have to be leaking through allot to push rain x out to the over head manifold. Any suggestions.?

It could be that the solenoid is not fully closing. Pull the discharge hose on the rainx, turn on the presoak, and see if any water is getting by the rainx solenoid. ( I bet there is) Then, either rebuild or replace the solenoid.
