pre fab buildings

we are looking at pre fab building for a small state inspection center / quick lube. our inspection business is two years old and we want to move next to our wash on vacant parcel of land we already own. does anyone know cost /benefit of modular "quick lube" type buildings vs. stick built. only need one bay with entrance and exit door. also any contacts or web addresses of such companies would be greatly appreciated.
