Pre-Soak nozzle sizing

What is the correct pre-soak nozzles sizes for the 9 located on a WW 1.0? It looks like the old brass ones read 80 degree/ size 10 orifice. But that can not be right because that flow with 9 of them would exceed the procon pump capacity.

I did a forum search, and looked in the manual and could not find this spec.

Thanks in advance.

I think 8010 is right... That is what we use. Although not brass for sure. The calculation can't be used because of the volume of air mixed in and the foaming capacity of your chemical that you use.

The brass ones were on there when I bought the place. So I did just replace with the plastic 80/10s, and my soap coverage does not seem as good. And the pressure on the pump did not increase one bit. And I have it up all the way--only still getting 50psi. So I am trying to figure out where my issue is. The pump has been rebuilt within the last year, but I may just swap it out to eliminate it from the equation. The soap manifold is new, too.

Thanks for your help.

50 psi is about all you're gonna get with all the nozzles wide open.

Watch for a spike in pressure when the side nozzles cut off. If it is a big spike you need to adjust your pressure adjusting nut downward.
