Presoak Automatic stalls

So in my aquajet automatic. sometimes and seems like almost all the time now. On the begging presoak, the automatic starts and presoaks the car all the way to the back end of the car, and the boom goes up and down then seems like it gets stuck there for 30 seconds. then all of a sudden the wheel sprayers come on and the machine moves. I tried to bump the machine as if it was getting stuck but its not. I HAVE NO IDEA where to even start! please help!

Same thing happened on my D&S Super 5000. Turned out the rail was out of level and the carriage was getting stuck in the joint. A few leveling plates and problem was fixed.

Ditto on rails--we had one machine losing track of position--where two rails butted together had little bump and machine would spin some.

Your top boom may not be reaching home in a timely manner. Make sure that input on the PLC is on. The gantry will not travel without an input from the "top boom home" prox.
