Not sure if your question is about whether you can run PreSoak through the pump or for in your IBA. I wouldn't run chemical through it, just water, as chemical will eat through the pump quicker. Draw your chemical into the line out to the bay after the pump with something like one of theses: https://www.kleen-ritecorp.com/c-835-hydraflex.aspx

I use a F&W pump similar to yours, but I run it like Jeff_L says with the chemicals injected after the pump.

I don’t believe a multi-stage pump is going to last very long when running caustic car wash chemicals in. We wouldn’t do it.

I had one running tire cleaner for 20 years before I switched it to a Flojet. I wouldn't be concerned running chemicals through it.

But why run chemical through something when you really don't have too? My IBA's are set up by drawing the chemical after the pump, and I like that setup. For my self serves, I run through a flojet, but thinking about adding to my never ending "to do" list to convert them over to a similar setup.
