Presoak in Rinse Tank!

I checked my control room camera to find my floor covered in blue foam! My wax hydrominder failed and overflowed the tank. This went on for about an hour before I was able to get the water shutoff, luckily it’s been raining and I did not have any customers! The mystery to this is somehow, during the wax hydrominder sticking, presoak worked its way into my rinse tank, the tank was solid purple! I cleaned the rinse tank out, flushed all the lines, and now I cannot recreate the issue? I checked everything overhead the pump stand, I had no presoak hoses busted, every bay is now working perfectly.

The only common connection to the presoak and rinse tank is the main water coming in. The only other way I could see presoak getting in the tank would be back feeding from the manifold at the bay all the way back through the high pressure hose, through the pump, and up to the tank, which doesn’t seem possible.

Does anyone have ideas on how this could happen?
