I am having issues with Pro Navigator turn in's on cars... I had a few in the past where the spray arm would not see the car and turn in hitting the vehicle.. I adjusted the frequency drive and this appeared to do the trick.. This was at the rear of the vehicle.. Now it is starting all over again at the front of the vehicle.. any suggestions? - Happening on the last cycle of the wash.. spot free.

This is how I troubleshoot a problem like that:I look at the easy things first. Is the machine missing a prox target? If you have an led for the input signal of a 'rotate rear' prox, for example, is it lit when the error occurs? If not , check prox or cable end or cable.

If all of that appears okay, look if there's a relay for rotate motor that may be sticking.

If a machine is turning when it shouldn't, it's usually not sensing a target it should be sensing or sensing a target when it shouldn't. For example, my machine has a carriage end of travel prox that senses a target at the rear max travel. If it's adjusted wrong, it could pick up an upright on my rail and turn early.

Good luck!
