I had an OMRON 16 channel input module go out on me (no power light, no comm light) I replaced it with a new one, and now I have a power light, and a COMM light, but none of the prox switches and telco eyes that are hooked up to it are communication with it to show a "coverd/uncovered" status rendering my G2 in-bay automatic useless. I can use a jumper to get each individual channel to light up, but that obviously doesnt help me to see front/end limits, or any safety/sizing eyes. Anybody have some expertice in this to help me understand how these modules work so maybe it will help me when im tracing wires to find a fault anywhere. This is the third day I have been chasing wires, and testing with a meter, with no luck getting it running still. Thanks for your help.
