I have a foam top brush on a Nu*Star unit that the foam sections are falling out. It appears that they are only glued in, with stiffer foam sections beteween each layer. I looked for a way to squeeze the sections closer together, but can not find any adjustment.

I used a spray adhesive and put them all back in. That worked for a while, but now they are coming out again.

Has anyone had this issue and/or does anyone know a solution to the problem? (short of an expensive replacement)

Use a weather stripping glue from 3m, it will take a week to get it off your hands, and the segments will wear out before they fall out.
