Hi guys.
Been having an issue with a Ryko SS panel. THey're not very common but I'm hoping someone here has some experience with them. Basically what is happening is when I select the options on the timer/keypad, I'm getting no chemical. A tech I lean on occasionally told me to check the relay circuit board. I tested the output on the problem unit and I'm getting 24V all the time - no on/off.
Went to a good bay, audit was reading 24V on the output when the function was OFF, which surprised me and also the tech.
I swapped the functioning relay board into the problem bay, and I still have the problem.
I've checked all the COM wires in the panel to no avail. When I bought the wash I had to replace 2 timer/keypads at the tune of $900/ea, but I'm not sure if it's the timer causing me the problem...figured I'd ask here before I swap the timer.
Thanks.
