Problem with self serve

One bay in my self serve , once in a while , will drop the time to 0. I have replaced the rotary switch , the coin acceptor and swapped out the timer with another bay. After all this I will get a call I put money in and it lost all time. What can it be?

What timers are you using? Have you seen this happen in person?

What timer and coin acceptor do you have? Does this only happen when a coin is inserted or does it happen with the bill acceptor (if you have them)?

Sounds like a loose wire. Check all terminals Let us know the fix Also look for shortened or pinched

LTT800 and yes I have seen it happen

Then it pretty much has to be a wiring issue. Probably a loose connection on the hot or common.

If you have the LTT800 that is a display model tied to a remote timer. If you have the LTT802 then you have the timer model. If the LTT800 is resetting then the issue is the remote timer.

If the LTT802 is resetting then check the timer wiring harness for breaks in the power wires . Also you might swoop the LTT with a different bay and see if the issue moves.
Realize that series has not been mfg in about 15+ years now and was replaced with the GT200.. KleenRite stocks GT200 . If you purchase one make sure to use the new wiring harness.
