Does anyone use the Kleen-Rite 1/4" Coil Tubing Foamy clear hose? Do you have issues with the strain guard breaking at the base? Do you have any recommendations for a better product?

Problems with the strain relief guard on coiled hoses breaking at the base?

I use about a 1 foot piece of clear vinyl reinforced tubing. I use the 3/8 coiled foam brush hose so I buy 1/2 inch reinforced hose. It slips right over the 3/8 hose. I put it on before the reusable swivel fitting. Then I can slide the hose down over the first part of the brass fitting that attaches to the handle. The hose stays put on the end and allows swivel to work.

I did away from the coiled hose for my foam brush and foam wax because of the free beating you would get with them lol.
