Proper glycol level in floor heat boiler?

View attachment 1054 I was wondering what the proper level of glycol would be in my Raypack boiler for the floor heat? There is a a gauge on the side of the tank as pictured, but I wasn't sure if it should be at the red line or higher. I had a leak and some of it spilled out, so now when it's running the level is to the bottom of the gauge, just below where the glass starts, but when you shut it off, it fills the glass to near the top. So what's the proper level when it is running, and what about at rest and when cooled down? Also, why the heck do all pictures I attach end up sideways?

I have a similar setup. I keep mine above the red line by just a little. If it goes below, I know I have a leak. I just had new boilers installed, and this is where the installer set the level.

Is that while it's running, or at rest and cooled down?

When running it goes above the line, by about 3/4". When idle, it is at the mark.

Thanks. I will add more, but guess I need to wait until it warms up so that I can shut it off and let it cool down.

I read previously that if what's in there is green to then just use the concentrated green stuff and dilute 50/50, but it's been a while, so I'm not sure. Is that the correct method?
