Mouser doesn't have my part #. The local company wants to email me a form I sign before they'll let me use a credit card!?!

Sooooo, where should I get some Turck Proxes (yellow plastic coated barrel shaped), large and small for my Superior IBA??

I have used up my spare parts inventory and need these yesterday!

The reason they do that is probably because they pay a lower fee when they have a physical signature on file.

Is that a problem? You can print it, sign it, scan it and email it back. If you don't have a scanner you can probably fax the signed form to them.

Mouser should be able to order your specific part number, unless it's a proprietary one.

Thanks! Gonna give my friend back4more a shot at it too.

Mep1: It's not a problem but they said they'd send an email form for me to sign and never did!!!

Waxman, again I would try Automation Direct. Don't even bother looking it up yourself. Simply call them and give them the Turk part number and I'll bet they have a replacement for it at half the cost. I used to used Turck for my limit switch and they failed often and were VERY expensive. Switched to an AutomationDirect equivalent and have had great luck at a huge savings! I love that store!
