Hi all,
I am having issues with my mark vii GT700. I am getting numerous b10 top boom failure messages. Most often it's a nuisance issue with the wash continuing to function. Once it has shut the wash down as the boom was below the lock cylinder.

I have cleaned and re- lubed the track. The boom seems to ride up and down smoothly in test mode.

The issue is always as the boom is returning home after a full and correct drop at the end of the car, so basically the cycle is complete.

Can the prox switch be "going bad". Boom lock seams to be operating ok

Thoughts?

Getting close to solving this one...

Issue is only with top wash as boom returns home from back of car and trifoam begins. I'm thinking its an issue with low air pressure that slows the boom's return home as the trifoam also calls for air. I need to look closer at all my air lines and regulators.

SW Indiana melon fields.
I think you are on the right track. When I have that error it seems to always be air related. Normally, I don't deal with it myself. I usually will let it go until I have the techs down to fix something more important. Did you call Brian about it?

Yep, Brian at a Eagle is the best! We've been working through this issue on and off for a while. It was less of a concern until I had the one time the boom didn't lock at home. In any case, after about 15 washes on my car yesterday, I narrowed the issue down to only being at the rear of the car and only when the air needs to share with tri-color. Today I will, with Brian's help, try and figure out how to increase the air
