Purwater recovery systems.

I have a purwater recovery system at my express car wash and I'm having trouble with the pump not engaging. Any suggestions on what i need to maybe look at to get this back running ? Currently have no water running to my tunnel.

I'm fairly new to operations, but we also have a Purwater reclaim. I would check the menu screen on the system, ensure the vacuum basket maintenance is not due. It's usually listed as 168 hour interval. Besides that, the screen seems daunting at first, but always gives you a button to go back. Sorry if this isn't even close to helping!

It should make a hum while it's operating as well.
