Question on a Purclean RO system.

I have a purclean 4500 wall mount RO system that I bought used and I am having trouble trying to hook it up. I have two 300 gallon tanks. One for the spot free water and one for the reject. I also have two bypass valves mounted on plates that allow city water to take over if the tanks run out. The reject water is for rinsing on the pdq iba. The spot free is suppose to run to my iba and my self serve pump stand. Both 300 gallon tanks have submersible pumps inside them. The wiring was cut so I can tell exactly what wire went where. The problem I am having is understanding how the the plumbing was hooked up. I will post a picture of the bypass valves, that is where I am having a problem. Does anybody have a similiar setup or can guide me in the right direction.

Why don't you bypass the whole sump system and secondary tanks and just plumb straight from the 300 gallon tank to the pumps for the auto and self-serve?
