Since its communicating through the CMI port, it is a protected part of the actual program of the Mark VII mitsubishi controller. Without a rewrite, which is totally senseless, or having mark VII edit their software to output different data that can be sent through IP, you are pretty much stuck. However, I think you mentioned you have a DAN system - which will do exactly what you want as far as messaging, you just would only get this message when the machine went down. You would not know what the problem is, but it would text you and let you know right when it happened that the "equipment is not ready" or "car wash closed". No parts needed at all...
Thanks! I was afraid of that. I’m still hopeful there’s an easy fix that the guys formerly with Eagle Express can help with. I do have the DAN system and I can get alerts like Carwash closed once the ACW shuts down also freezing temp alerts and changer issues. So yeah, I’m not getting specifics but am getting alerts.......except.....last night I had an issue with a blown fuse, shutting down my 24 volt AC. Wash returned to home and didn’t finish wash. Next customer like 20minutes later, pays at ACW and gets a car wash in use message. I never received any DAN message as “in use “ is a normal occurrence. After customer called I went to location and changed fuse ...new wash loaded and all is running. Are there other DAN things I can set up. And yeah I agree....not worth spending too much in the wash alert
