Folks,

I have an 24v ASCO solenoid on my weep system for a LW4000. I currently have wire nuts on the wires. To power down for the warm season, I disconnect one side of the solenoid. I am looking for a more permanent "quick disconnect" option for the braided wire.

Any links or advice. Much appreciated! Thank you.

Am I missing something here's? I'd just put spade terminals on this and use a basic wall switch. Or better yet, just a toggle switch with leads that can be wire nutted to your current leads

Nah. I am just looking for suggestions for a reusable, simple disconnect for my 24v solenoid. I hesitate to put a switch in. Just want to keep it simple.

As long as nobody but you is going to be plugging/unplugging it, maybe take a cheap extension cord, cut it in half, plug it into itself and wire it inline to the solenoid.

Currently, I put spade terminals on today. Do you think these will be fine on a LW4000 pump stand with all of the vibration? They seem to fit nice and tight. Thanks, guys!
