R.O. carbon tank/continuous dump

My R.O. system ( Purclean 3000 gpd) started to dump water like it's flushing itself. Problem is, it'll continually flush (dump warm water).

Took plastic top off tank. Farted around w/solenoid coils and made sure they were clean. Still dumps water continually.

Anyone have this problem before?

Unplug the timer that controls the flush cycle. If the water is still dumping i would think that the solenoid valve is bad. If the water stops, the timer might be stuck.
