For those who may have known him, I heard news last night that Randy Coleman has died. Randy hasn't worked there in a few years but was one of Jim's sons and was there during the "SS boom" years. If I hear any further news I'll pass it along.

What?! I always liked Randy-- very friendly and fun. I am looking for an obituary, but haven't found one. Please keep us posted, Greg!

From Randy's facebook page:

"It is with great sadness and a heavy heart to announce the passing of our brother, Randy on November 15, 2017. He was 57 years old. Randy enjoyed a celebrated and grand life for many years. He adored his two sons Spencer and Everett and he loved them more than life itself. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and traveling. He grew up in the carwash business, alongside his dad, brothers and sisters, and was most comfortable in the sales and marketing side, strategizing with distributors and customers alike. Anyone that met Randy, loved him. He had a great sense of humor and had a zest for life like none other! However, in recent years Randy struggled with life issues including some health issues. He is now resting in the arms of Jesus.
Luke 23:43 - “Truly I tell you, today you will be with Me in paradise”

Go Rest in Peace with God, my brother

A great guy.... sad news.
Even though I never met Randy Coleman ... I have had a special place in my heart for the Coleman Manufacturing family ever since they showed me unbelievable hospitality a few years back with a very thorough tour of their facility when I happened to be in the far away big city of Houston for a wedding of one of my nephews. May he be experiencing what Jesus described as "the place the Father has prepared for us"!

What terribly sad news. I met Randy many times and liked his outgoing personality. I have not seen him in years but my memory of him is that he was the kind of man who always the center of attention in any room.
May he rest in peace!
